Refund & Return Policy

By purchasing any course, workshop, masterclass, corporate training, coaching program, consultation, or digital product from IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Once a participant has successfully enrolled in any of our programs, the registration is considered confirmed. Participants may request cancellation before the scheduled commencement of the program. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund and will be governed by the conditions mentioned below.

Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• ▸Duplicate payment made for the same program.
• ▸Incorrect payment due to a technical error.
• ▸Payment deducted but enrollment not successfully completed.
• ▸Program cancelled by IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited without providing an alternative batch or suitable replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

No refund shall be granted once access to course material, digital resources, recordings, live sessions, or learning platforms has been provided.

Failure to attend live sessions, workshops, coaching calls, or training programs due to personal reasons shall not be considered grounds for a refund. Where applicable, participants may be allowed to attend missed sessions in another batch, subject to seat availability and company policy.

Requests to transfer enrollment to another batch may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on:

• ▸Written request before the batch starts
• ▸Company approval

IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited reserves the right to approve or decline any transfer request.

If the Company cancels a scheduled program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose one of the following options:

• ▸Transfer to the next available batch.
• ▸Credit towards another eligible program.
• ▸Full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled program.

The refund will not include any incidental expenses incurred by the participant, including travel, accommodation, or other personal costs.

Refunds will not be provided for technical issues resulting from the participant's own internet connection, device, browser, software, or hardware. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the required technical setup before joining any online program.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official support email within 7 calendar days of the payment date. The request should include:

• ▸Mobile Number
• ▸Payment Reference Number
• ▸Date of Payment
• ▸Reason for Refund Request

The Company may request additional information or supporting documents before processing the request.

Participants are encouraged to contact IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after receiving access to our services may result in suspension of access and legal action where applicable.

IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
