• ▸Membership Programs
• ▸Any future educational or technology-related services offered by the Company.

To enroll in our programs, you must:

• ▸Have permission from a parent or legal guardian if under 18.

By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Participants agree to:

• ▸Maintain updated contact details.
• ▸Keep login credentials confidential.
• ▸Be responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account providing false or misleading information.

All course fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be made through:

• ▸Wallets
• ▸EMI (where available)
• ▸Other approved payment methods

Course access begins only after successful payment confirmation.

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice. However, changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Requests for batch changes may be considered subject to:

• ▸Written request before the course begins at our Official Email

IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited reserves the final decision regarding batch transfers.

Our website may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, communication platforms, cloud storage, AI tools, and learning management systems. The Company is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or failures.

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. For implementation-based programs such as the 12-Day AI in Action Program:

• ▸Missed sessions may be attended in another batch only if such sessions are officially scheduled by the Company after the Prior Permission of IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited Only.
• ▸The Company does not guarantee replacement sessions for every missed class.

All course materials including Videos, Slides, Documents, Templates, Prompt libraries, Workbooks, Assignments, Recordings, AI workflows, Software, Logos, Branding, and Website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited.

Participants may not:

• ▸Record
• ▸Sell
• ▸Redistribute
• ▸Upload
• ▸Publish
• ▸Share
• ▸Modify
• ▸Reproduce

any material without prior written permission.

Certain sessions may be recorded for quality, training, or educational purposes. By participating, you consent to such recordings and Testimonials. Participants are not permitted to record sessions without written permission.

Digital Certificates will be issued only to participants meeting the Company's completion requirements. Completion criteria may vary across different programs.

Participants agree to maintain professional and respectful behaviour. The following are prohibited:

• ▸Harassment
• ▸Discrimination
• ▸Disruptive behaviour
• ▸Spamming
• ▸Sharing offensive content
• ▸Illegal activities

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

• ▸Compatible device
• ▸Updated browser
• ▸Required software

The Company is not responsible for technical issues arising from the participant's equipment or any internet connection.

Our programs provide education, guidance, implementation strategies, and practical tools. However, individual results vary. We do not guarantee:

• ▸employment
• ▸business growth
• ▸promotions
• ▸lead generation
• ▸profits
• ▸investment returns
• ▸examination success
• ▸career outcomes

Success depends on individual effort, consistency, market conditions, and implementation.

Our programs may involve the use of third-party Artificial Intelligence platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Perplexity, and other tools. These services are owned by their respective providers. IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited is not responsible for Platform outages, Policy changes, Feature changes, Pricing changes, or Accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Participants should independently verify AI-generated information before using it commercially or professionally.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• ▸Indirect damages
• ▸Loss of business
• ▸Loss of profits
• ▸Data loss
• ▸Consequential damages
• ▸Personal decisions based on course content
• ▸Business outcomes resulting from implementation.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for the relevant program.

Personal information collected during registration shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Unless a participant expressly requests otherwise in writing, IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited may use photographs, screenshots, testimonials, feedback, or event photographs for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes. No sensitive personal information will be disclosed without consent.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• ▸Government restrictions
• ▸Internet outages
• ▸Power failures
• ▸Civil disturbances
• ▸Technical failures

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a participant violates these Terms & Conditions.

IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
